New game freezes after adding 3rd monitor

Hey all, so I added a 3rd monitor for my set up. I'm using OBS on one, game on another and the third monitor for the wiki and anything else I can think of.
Problem is all of a sudden the game is freezing, I can still hear sound but the screen freezes and I have to ctl alt del and end the task and re log back in.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? I have hundreds of hours (maybe thousands?) with P99 and have never ran into this. NOW, this is my first time using OBS to record and having 3 monitors. Is there a conflicting video driver or something I'm missing in the settings? VERY FRUSTRATING!

not sure if it's the same issue but any time windows brings up that window asking if i want to allow something to run as admin, it freezes my screen and i have to play roulette of going fullscreen with alt+enter to unfreeze it. 50% of the time it works, 50% of the time it crashes EQ. Easiest solution is just open EQ last. If that doesn't work then not sure sorry.
