Massive Heartwood Thorn Level Proc
The massive heartwood thorn has an incorrect proc level assigned to it.

A few months later it shows level 55 and Recommended level 55. Tunare items were extremely rare prior to Luclin. I think the level 50 for proc in your original post is just a fake value they applied to any new raid item, with no real evidence to support that proc level.

Bumping this. I would love Dev feedback. The reference we have says it procs at 50.
