Strange Keyboard Issue

*Only* while using the EQ client, windowed or not, there are a few odd characters that I'm not able to input when typing. Right now they are single/double quotes, apostrophes, and right brackets. I've never had any kind of keyboard issue before and would LOVE to be able to differentiate between "you're" and "your" once again while playing -- thoughts? Certainly not a game breaking issue, but would appreciate any input.


P.S. This occurs on every server, and another GM suggested I try using the MS Virtual Keyboard. Issue still persists.
