Miscellaneous: Aviak faction in SK

Aviak faction in SK is borked. All aviaks are threatening to my human ranger, always were dubious to everyone other than ogres.

That is odd...I walked right up to the top of the tree house today to sell.

Must have happened sometime during the day. I'm fairly certain they were dubious earlier this afternoon.

I am a half elf ranger from Surefall, I was there around 1600 est.

If it makes you feel any better any characters that were killing Aviaks before the original fix are all KoS to them. I have 3 characters that are KoS to aviaks (they are all lvl 50 now but still).

Many months ago it was proven that SK aviaks should always be Dubious to everyone regardless of race/religion and that faction should not change.

And yet I was just in SK and my bard is apprehensive to them O.o

That's super weird. Unless you used a faction song/spell.

Why would there be a merchant there if no one could ever use it?

Easy answer. The merchant is not on the same faction. He's always indifferent to all regardless of how many aviaks you kill.

He is an opportunistic merchant in the truest sense of the word!

I have not seen my faction spell ever work thus far so I stopped using it (definitely didn't use it on the aviaks, it hasn't been memorized in ages).
