Miscellaneous: Earring of Essence drop rate

It is dropping, although very rarely. Is the drop rate supposed to be abysmal?

I have done ~21 spawns of Soothsayer Dregzak and have gotten 17 mantle of mirths and 4 bracers of Vazjeen. What gives? RNG cannot possibly be that bad.

Drop rate looks fine. It's actually 2x more likely than the bracer.

Bad bad RNG luck.

Do some crafting, then try to say that without bursting into an uncontrollable fit of laughter. Or just play a caster and contemplate the implications of the absurd frequency of consecutive fizzles

I always liked how if you fizzled once and immediately tried to recast it would fizzle too (if you're fast enough you can get 3-4 consecutive fizzles).

Is this worthy of a bug report? Can't check it at the moment, but are you saying you fizzle every subsequent attempt for X amount of time?

I can confirm this. IF I happen to fizzle and I'm spamming said spell, I will always fizzle 2-3 times more after the initial fizzle. It has never been a single fizzle. Now with that being said, the fizzle chance comes few and far between (unless the skill is just low).

I've also notices the fizzle since I'm usually mashing keyboard it'll attempt recast very fast with several fizzles in a row. Need to give it a second before retry.
