NPC Spawn Issue: Signus Boran

Screen shot speaks for it's self for the most part. I've killed her like 20 time yesterday. Now I can target and track her, but I can't "see your target". She doesn't aggro me even thought I am standing right next to her. Can't cast. Very weird.

So, I heard a few people in /ooc say they couldn't kill anything. Just tried a bunch of stuff and I also could not kill anything in Butcher Block. Everything is "cannont see your target".

Arrows work. Can not otherwise attack anything. No spells no melee.

Ive ran around trying to attack everything in BBM and i get "cannot see your target" for everything, and my pet will just run off into the horizon if i ask him to attack
