I don't know if I'm wrong but it doesn't seem to be working at all. I use it and the mana in inventory screen goes green like its buffed but still only ticks up by 1. Considering it says increases regen by 2; so I'd assume my ticks should be 3, not 1. Thanks for looking into it.

Are you looking at the Bards mana? Manasong, Clarity etc does not work on Bards

Yeah, bards can't get mana from bard mana songs (neither your own nor other bards'); nor Clarity. Supposedly they can get worn mana regen from Flowing Thought items.

The mana songs are for giving your groupmates mana.
