Breezeboot's Frgid Gnasher and monk
I could have swore that I had one of these on my monk during velious I remeber doing the quest and rocking things with the knockback. Did not have any other toons above lvl 10 on live other than my monk (60) and my druid also 60 maybe im retarded or something but did it later get nerfed or something? I might just be crazy or confusing it with another knockback item.

Maybe you are thinking of the chetari wardstaff, which if you had a druid you could use and it had knockback also
