Default green /con nukers

I don't remember green /con mob being able to land full damage nukes (or any at all for that matter). I have been nuke/dotted by green mobs in guk and OT (skorps - and not the HT) recently and they all hit a majority of the time. I don't have super high resists but regardless level was supposed to mean something when casting on mobs and being cast ON by mobs. Is this an issue with the 500 resist system? Or is something not right with mob level vs pc level when it comes to spells?

<shrug>

NPC caster mob having full spell books why!!! oh well.

NPC caster mob landing ful spell damage on me. Green mob cleric landed full damage wrath on i was like what the !!!!! 100 mr. 50 war at the time.

Pet Agro being far weaker for a good reason that is not necessary to bring up here.

Use to annoy me to no end to see shaman npc with pets in kunark. From what i remember (no this not enough proof) sham npc namely frog lock in kunark did not have pets spells.

All of this and many more are just the flavor of p1999 8)

Now i just accept that is the way the devs want it here or it has not yet been dis-proven otherwise.
