If Bilbis isn't up, usually Watchman Dexlin is in his spot. It will be one or the other. More often Bilbis though.

So strange, I always remember seeing him up at NK in classic, I guess I didn't check religiously but it was nice to sell and whatnot coming from SK.. or most notably. After killing treants for several hours and wanting to unload staffs etc.

The last 3 times i've passed through NK bridge, he hasnt been on the second floor.
