EQEmu can not load server list?

Hi, I'm fairly sure this is wrong forum section to post in, but at the same time, maybe it isn't. I just finished installing EQ Titanium and installed Duxa's All In One, I've ran EQEmu, but it "can't load the server list"? I've searched the forums, and Googled the issue and came up with nothing. Edit: do I need to use the EQEmu launcher to play on P99? Or is there another way I can connect to the server?
