Default NPCs that emote to the entire zone since last patch.

I'm not sure if this is something that's fixed globally or if something that needs to be fixed on a case-by-case basis. If it's the latter, here are some npcs that I know are affected:

bixies in east commons (easy to tell because they emote when they die).

aviak avocets in south karana (only really see this when a pet/player taunts them and they give the "I'll teach you to interfere with me" speech).

a lizard man mystic in rathe mountains (same as above).

Will add more as I notice them. A player with puppet strings and voice graft could really have some fun with this until it's fixed.

It's not just pet emotes though, right? Otherwise you'd be seeing "I'll teach you to interefere with me, Jabartik" being spammed in every zone. Seems to be only specific mobs that have the zone-wide emotes.

Yes. In Nektulos, the guard death emotes are zone-wide.
