a week ago, as we were about to engage ragefire with noone but ourselves in the zone, nagafen's lair was crashed. We relog, to immidiately find 7 Nihilum now inside making their way towards us. A few of our characters were rerolled to the zoneline, some remained in the lair. Gm's question the nihilum present regarding the far too coinsidential timing. They said they were not involved. This occured once more last night during Nagafen ...

My post is not to flame anyone, but rather to inform the server about the path in which this server is being taken. It really is sad as fuck. I never played on vztz or any of the other boxes, but after these last 2 strikes, my guildies informed me that this sort of thing was what led to VZTZ becoming a hacker v hacker server. I have no interest in fucking around on a server, where once you finally bypass the cockblock you then get the zone crashed on you. Then the only form of retaliation is doing the very same thing to the opposing team.

If you know anyone partaking in this sort of activity, it might be benefiting you at this very point in time. But, I suggest that you think about the lifespan of this server instead of short term gains.

If you look on potion vendors sometimes you'll find vial of swirling smoke. If you look in shaman's alchemy bags sometimes you'll find gate potions.

It's never more then 2-3 people involved doing shit like this, otherwise it would leak, seen it all before same shit was done on vztz.

EQ is such a old game that once you find the exploits you can use them on whatever server, only difference on red99 is that rogean has a very good custom made logging system, however does he give enough fucks to scan through pages and pages of logs to recreate and try to figure out what actually happened? probably no.

Rogean has exclusive access to these logs so investigation has to be done by him and as far as i know he isn't to interested in doing shit like that with his work schedule

this is being looked into. any found crashing zones will have every account they have ever logged in to will be banned for the rest of Sirkens mortal life.
