As title states, I am in the market for one of two things:

a) An Epic Ogre warrior with or without belt of four winds (ANY LEVEL)
b) An Epic ANY RACE EXCEPT IKSAR warrior WITH a belt of four winds. (ANY LEVEL)

If it does not fall in the above two categories, I am not looking for it. Examples of things I'm not looking for are:

Epic Gnome Warrior without Belt of Four Winds
Non Epic Iksar Warrior with Belt of Four Winds and a bunch of fairly reasonable VP weps wearing orange shoes.
