A place to bind for a Gnome Mage by Kurns tower?

Hello!

I am back to EQ after about 10 years, old EQ is a little fuzzy. I am a Gnome Mage named Zmage. I traveled to Kurns tower before I knew I had to bind in a city. Is there a spot in FOB that works for our binds or close? Some said Invis to Cabilis, if thats true where at in Cabiliis?

Is the kaesora bind active? I'm not sure if that was live when kunark went live or if it was added later for convenience.

Someone got ahold of me in game and told me that as well, so I just ran over there and bam. Had someone bind me. So, it is verified in 1999.
