You can buy all those pet spells from various Shadow Knight Guild vendors (Oggok, Overthere, Neriak, Grobb, etc) through level 44, fyi [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] GL on call of bones though, finding that is a witch, indeed. =/
