Spells: Fungal Regrowth and stacking

After doing research on Fungal Regrowth on the Fungi staff, I found that the stacking method here on P99 doesn't quite line up with some posts on allah:

* It stacks with cerimonial iksar BP and chloroplast, as long as you have sow on _before_ chloroplast (meaning that it appears above on the buff list)

That post was made on Jun 25 2001, which is after the Warrens went live so it should be active as such now. The first post mentioning the affect no longer stacks is on Jun 20 2002, which is post Luclin. I couldn't find any information in the patch notes themselves about it tho. There are more posts in that thread describing this method of getting the regen to stack.

So it appears the affect originally overwrote just SoW if it was first in your buff list, but both Chloro/SoW if chloro came first.

I imagine (complete guess by me) the code worked in a way where the effect on Fungal Regrowth was listed as
* Regeneration
* Snare

And, when going down the list, if the final "effect" on the spell overwrote a buff slot, then it would stop parsing through the list of buffs. But that's just my guess.

I did a search on the forums for this issue but didn't find any mention of it, so sorry if I missed the cause for this mechanic to not work this way.
