Random UI Question

Not really a "Technical" issue, more of a pet peeve than anything. I've always, and even when I first started on this server, been able to mouse over my spells and buffs and been able to see the name of them, and even the duration on buffs. But now I can't do that and have to Alt+Mouseover in order to. What did I hit keywise? or how can I turn that back on?
