Default Resurrecting / increasing the server pop

Okay it might not be totally dead, but to me it was.

Personally, i think the servers ruleset is allrite now that xp loss is gone. People are working with Nilbog on fixing issues.

Why i got excited about a wipe is that a new FFA server, a wipe, might have attracted numbers again. But it looks like a 300% xp bonus can do the same. I dont care how the server gets resurrected, I just wanted the server to reach numbers where its fun for me (and others who are not the hardcore PVEers who will stick with a 30-50 player box) to play on it.

At 120 ish i didnt feel like logging in... last night it was 160, i logged in for the first time in 3 months and then i realized the nice xp bonus that was on. This could have a snowball effect and resurrect the server as it climbs past 200 and makes log in other people who like me, didnt want to play on a dead server.

Really all i care is we find a way to get the critical mass thats enough to attract even more people. I think if wed break 225-250 wed start seeing something really nice happening.

Then wed have to convince Rogean not to touch the xp bonus for a long while till server hits a 500+ stable population.

I dont see whats so bad in letting players having MAYBE 2-3 60s instead of 1? I played alot and my highest characters are a 57 shaman (which should be 60 though, had a deathloop incident) and a 30 chanter...

Then you just add custom events here and there and i think its as simple as that, we would have a populated pvp server.
