And if so how can this one spell go from 60-80k to 110-120k so quickly, Suddenly Shaman's turning 60 left and right? I don't believe so.

Well... we did just finish up a few weeks of exp bonus and that probably brought back some folks who previously gave up trying to get to 60.

Plus there's the anticipation of Velious releasing (it won't! HAHAHA! Fools!).

Rare as hell. Go farm skyfire or crypt for hours on end. I would say the price is fair unfortunately.

There were four - count 'em, four - level 60 shamans LFG in Sebilis yesterday at one point.

At least two of those didn't have Torpor.

Draw your own conclusions. It sucks, but that 100k gets you into a king group (maybe) and a lucky roll on a tunic would break you even.

We did a split on the spell. He sold it instantly and I had my cash in about 30 minutes.
