Let us beta test Velious!

Obviously, I'm sure the devs are planning on doing a beta test, like they did with Kunark. But there were still a bunch of bugs that we didn't catch/didn't get changed in time. An extended beta test would alleviate boredom for a lot of people AND make Velious more polished upon release.

From comments made by the Devs some zones are done/almost done.
