Default Staff of the Temperate Flux MQ

Hi,

I just tried buying an mq for the Staff of the Temperate Flux, and the flux was awarded to the person handing in the no drop items before I could turn in the Darkwood staff. After turning in the staff anyway, I got nothing. Is this mq broken?

I didn't even know you could MQ this quest. Honestly it's not that hard to go do it yourself.

If you want to pay me to hold your hand the whole way and be there for every drop etc. I would be happy to. I did this on my wizard solo at level 30 ish.

Probably means someone before you turned in the other pieces so the MQer actually completed the quest. The only sure way to make sure the MQ inventory is clear is to kill the quest giver and see it respawn for yourself.

The next person trying to mq the staff will also get messed up if they are holding staff as the final turn in piece.

I had a problem with this too (I'm lazy, screw you Jack). I assumed that someone had screwed up a quest so I asked Ambrotos to nuke him:

[Fri Sep 20 13:33:00 2013] Ambrotos tells you, 'I nuked him, thanks for the petition'

Either someone is deliberately griefing that npc (hard to imagine) or something is bugged.
