Default Rog Class Question.

Not sure if this is a bug so I thought I would ask here first. After meeting a new found friend to group with last night.

I noticed while he was hiding of course I could not see him, however when I casted "See Invis" on myself I was able to see him?

that doesn't make much sense as he is not invisible but instead "hiding"

is that a bug? I almost remember rog's being able to hide while not moving and not being seen, regardless of see invis or not.

am I right or wrong on this?

You are wrong but it would be awesome if you were right. Weezard equalizer right there. Splat goes the caster. Never understood why sneak and hide was seen by the see invis spell.

I guess I just remembered incorrectly, but it does make sense. I mean if you are "hiding" technically you are behind something or what not... But if you are invisible the see invis spell makes sense.

really doesn't add up.

hide is a racial/class based "invisibility" basically..
