Default Farming opinion

I am in need of many many medium quality pelts. I have been gathering them in Rathe Mtns, but I would like to know if you think there is a better place. It can be bear, cat, or wolf.

Plenty of bears in WC, cats in EK...depending on where you are at the time.

Noobs should sell them to you in EC (and other low level areas) for smallish plat? Also check city vendors, you'll be surprised at how many are lurking. We haven't had a reset in a while.

I don't know if they are better places, but I got quite a few of em in nektulos (wolf/bear), EK (wolf) and OT (cat).

In nektulos there are many of em wandering in the shadowed men pit, and around SW of neriak.

EK between 4 and 3 on map is the place I know.

OT from outpost to SW to SE.
I think OT may have the highest number of spaws, but since they are higher level they're obvious slower kills.

Follow a Bard in OT who's got a lot of cats. Lots of them let that stuff rot.

Karanas and Commonlands are where I farm my pelts. They are slow to come by and I've had little luck finding anyone selling them.

If MMORPG players were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.

Default North Karanas over Rathe Mtns

Rathe Mountains near the unkempt druids is a good spot for bears.

I prefer to go with North Karana over Rathe Mtns though.

You have lots of wolves, cats and bears.

There are a ton of grizzly bears which drop the grizzly bear skins and HQ bear skins at a good rate which sell for 30pp ea. You won't find any in EC/WC/NEK.

They also have the highland lions which can drop the high quality lion skin (500pp-1k) for the fleeting quiver. There are also more rare spawns which drop some decent stuff.

I find that Nektulos Forest drops a lot of hides in there.
