Fletching bug or am I doing something wrong

I'm trying to make arrows by combining:
-- Field Point Arrowheads
-- Small Groove Nocks
-- Several Parabolic Cut Fletchings
-- Set of Bone Arrow Vanes
in a Fletching Kit
and getting the message:
-- "You cannot combine these items in this container type!"

I tried replacing the bone vanes with the same wooden vanes that I'd been using the make class 1 arrows, but even that gives the same response.

I noticed several forum posts from back in August regarding tradeskill combines not working. However, tailoring, brewing and blacksmithing are all still working (in the same zone - Greater Faydark)

Help - I'm almost out of arrows! :-/

the 2 highlighted are from the same set (fletch)
you need to replace one with a shaft of some kind (bundled bone arrow shaft perhaps?)

What type are you trying to make? I don't see where you're trying to combine with a shaft?

This looks close to what you're trying to make: Class 2 Wood Point Arrow (small nock)

Components: Bundled Wooden Arrow Shafts, Field Point Arrowheads, Several Parabolic Cut Fletchings, Small Groove Nocks

In: Fletching Kit, Planar Fletching Kit, Collapsible Fletching Kit

I see... I wanted Bundled Arrow Shafts, not the Vanes.
