Focus Effects

So if memory serves me correctly Focus effects were patched into the game about a month before Luclin released, on existing items. Question is will p1999 ever have them?

This was just addressed recently in another thread (I recommend using the search feature). The short version, if I remember correctly, it is that true focus effects were only introduced in Luclin, but some precursor items were added shortly before.

Since P99's plan is to go the very end of Velious, but not to Luclin, it should ultimately include those precursors but not true focus effects. But keep in mind, we're talking about years from now.
