1) Institute classic level range for PVP. The no level range limit of Sol B / Perma etc., is non-classic and just results in newb groups getting steam rolled. The ability of level 60's to drop Sunstrikes on level 52's is retarded. Let's make it a classic 4 up 4 down level range.

2) As a playerbase, let's respect Loot n Scoot. This would go a huge way to creating a more enjoyable play experience.

3) Let's respect the winners of the pvp battle for targets. If one guild wins the battle, let's not have the ten hour fights that drag on of train wars and back and forth. This can only get worse in Velious.

4) Remove hybrid exp penalty a year ago.

5) Change exp bonuses into grouping bonuses.

6) Maybe reduce some exp bonus and put in hot zone bonuses, particularly in some fun under utilized zones.

7) Any chance to get more GM events that are more RP based? Such as city wars where there's a defending team in neriak and an invading team? Could be a lot of fun, but I understand it depends upon GM free time. Is there a way to recruit Guides who like the current guide program don't deal with CSR but can help with these types of events, or being "hall monitors" for OOC?

8) Seems like a non-starter, but please re-consider two boxing [incoming entire thread focused on this issue]

9) A debuff upon dying in PVP. Right now, it's not a huge issue by any means, but there are a couple of melees who are bind rushing in zones like City of Mist. While EXP loss was too steep a penalty and led to people actively avoiding PVP, a 5 minute melee debuff seems sufficient to stop someone from being able to bind rush.

I like all but number 3. I don't like rules that can ultimately ban people during emotional times, like the raging of a 45 year old man after losing his dragon for the week. This rule could lead to suicide.

Number 2 is what it is. People that are decent human beings already do this. Ones that don't are scum bags. What can you do?

It could never be enforced by GM's, it would be more of a player recommended self enforced sort of thing to make for a better playing environment.
