I won.. like 4 hours and 20+ tries total. I think I lost like 15,000 souls or so on corpse runs. Lame

i beat Dark Souls three times (ended up on NG++) and never cheated (that unlimited soul glitch)...the only time i had to go online to get help was with the boss that had 2 in it, i forget their names, they were really hard solo in NG+....I also beat Demon Souls on PS3 and only died one time.

Both are awesome games. I also enjoyed Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. The Dark Arisen expansion was hard as nails too. Dark Souls was a bit harder tho.

I look forward to being that experienced. Thing is, people talk about the difficulty of the game but they never mention how A: immersive it is B: how amazing it looks and C: the swordplay, omg its the best swordplay I've ever seen in a game. Each fight is like an actual duel.

yea pretty much after you play Dark Souls you will be struggling to find a game as good as it, unfortunately....I played Dragon's Dogma after Dark Souls and so far that has been the only game I've really liked since...it's a good mix of Skyrim and Dark Souls, it was really well done, im glad I gave it a try....

just some fyi about Dragon's Dogma, it's expansion (Dark Arisen) is amazing, it's a great challenge too, you can get it cheap now too, it was recently on sale for like $12.00 or something
