Default GMs enforce everything rule

Since this is classic everQuest, we should make this all classic again. Lol. Cmon guys, let's get it together. Here. For the fun of it. First. Step is:

1.GMs decide which guild is cool enough at that moment (culled from forum chatter and whoever has the upper hand in RNF) to engage raid mobs. If no guild is cool enough, then GMs can decide arbitrarily for us. This will make things fun around here again. For everyone. Even Tiny Tim.

2. 15 Minute x 4 / 2 rule. First guild to see a dragon has 15 minutes x 4 / 2 minutes to engage that dragon and can use no more than 1.66 DA idols at a time to FTE. Then, once engaged, only a GM can make the call on whether or not it was "alright" of them to do so, while only a Warrior or Main tank is on it. Then, the next week, a random other guild gets to kill that dragon but only if 2 other guild leaders support that call. Then they then have 28.2 minutes to engage (double the earlier amount) otherwise their guild will be suspended for violating PnP.

OTHER OPTIONS:

First, GMs suspend TMO forever, because theyre bad and treat people bad. They were fools to want to kill dragons without giving any to BDA or Taken other people lol...cmon guys didnt WoW teach you anything about a fun game? These guilds need loot too who don't want to put effort in as bad. HAHA TMO u got u deserved lol. EVeryone knows that GMs are the final call on who plays correctly and fairly and who does't. It's their server cmon haha

Have GM sanctioned Duping of mobs to allow everyone a chance to kill dragons whenever they want. This might be a newfangled idea for MMOs but I think it may work or something. But definitely cant continue killing things without any regard for others. If you do, you will eat the bannhammer I belief it.
