Default Spawn skipping raid mobs idea.

What if all raid mobs had their variances shift per respawn by a random amount, but all raid mobs had their respawn timers (minus variance) reduced to compensate while a new "potential" spawn for any given raid mob could be skipped on occasion?

I would think that not knowing the variance, coupled with the slight risk of a spawn skip, would greatly reduce things like camping a guild at a raid mob. This might, when thinking about it, increase the chance for all guilds to prospectively compete, but still give the guilds who work the hardest, the most potential for rewards.

This way we also don't have to have any special new rules for things that I can currently think of off the top of my head.

I think of Stormfeather for the Eyepatch of Plunder quest, and how he can skip spawns, and how difficult it was to camp him because of it. I do believe he also had a variance on his respawn timer as well, so you either had to sit there until he spawned, with no way of knowing when, or hope to god you just got lucky.
