Heya

1st question: Where do I go about recharging Leatherfoot Raiders Skullcap?

2nd question: I was getting IP exemp. I looked about once a week to see if it was resolved. I checked today and the post is removed from the exploits / petition. I'm assuming it's been resolved ?

1. Make sure vendor has enough space to have items show up in inventory; sell charged cap; sell empty cap; buy recharged cap; buy first cap; $$$$$. Since it is lore you will need two characters with them or a friend to help recharge.
