DOwnload troubles

okay so I just made a thread named DL troubles, figured it would be a little misleading.

I just bought a new comp, windows 8 on it. I downloaded the titianium and installed and I cant change the eqhost, it says denied. Any help ? Thank you [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

There is a tech forum for this...and talking about torrents is bad juju.

take file out of "program files" directory,
change file,
put file back in "program files" directory

OR

run notepad as administrator,
from within notepad find the file you want to change,
change file,
save file



tl;dr: windows 7 requires admin rights to change many system folders
