UI_Charactername_Project1999 UI Settings??

I realize this thread is better suited to the technical support forum but figured It would be better seen here, my apologies.


I have some questions about the UI configuration settings files in the Everquest folder on hard drive.

1. Would it mess anything up if I created a sub folder specifically for the UI settings for my characters? As far as pathing goes..that way I don't have to scroll all the way down the alphabetical list of files and such to find them?

2. Would exactly dictates a "Save" of a characters UI file? Is it when you camp/exit game?

1. A sub folder is useful for backing them up, but the game searches by default in the main folder. If you moved them into a sub folder it would not find your file and automatically create a brand new one.

2. When the game used to regularly five you the "Name saved." Messages, that saved it too I think. But here camping or zoning should save it. /Quitting won't.
