Series C Black Boxes quest
Believe the quest is bugged at this time. Clockwork XVIIC is no where to be found at this time have spent over 7 hours looking for the mob and has not spawned any time. Quest states shoud spawn between 930 am - 8 pm either in front of the the mines or at the zone in usually ontop of the wall as you enter Akanon. currently Clockwork XIXA is at both positions at the same time i do not think that he is supposed to be up in both positions.

Added some checking, should correct spawn issues.
