Default EQ Background Ambiance in Jim Henson's Creature Shop Challenge

DEFINITELY just heard the "you're really out in the middle of nowhere now" ambiance noise on the Jim Henson creature shop show. Hahah I think someone was talking about this kind of thing in a recent thread.

I've heard many EQ and EQII noises in other forms of media. Doom door sounds and Duke Nukem underwater effects are also common. Lotro has a few popular sound bytes as well.

I hear EQ and Quake sounds everywhere constantly. They even used the "quest complete" music in a SNL skit like 10 years ago.

I wonder if the EQ team actually originated these sound waves, or if their placement in EQ was simply the result of lazy sound library purchasing by the designers.
