NPC Spawn Issue: Efreeti Lord Djarn

In Nagafen's Lair (SolB) there appears to be an issue with Efreeti Lord Djarn and his ph not spawning at all.

I solo camped his room for approx. 45 minutes, which is normally 2 cycles of mobs.

Both his imp guards (20min spawn) and the two imp roamers (22 min spawn) spawned normally in his area.

While I was there I saw after two full 22 min cycles that neither his ph or the efeeti himself spawned in the center location of the three spawn spots between his two guards.

With illusion gnome I was unable to see if he was spawned beneath the floor or above the ceiling. I could not hear him casting. (His ph can be imp, who can't be heard, or a guardian, who can be heard if it casts damage shield on itself.)

I also petitioned in game to report this issue.
