Question Regarding Gems from Plane of Hate...

Every guild i've ever been in they are always handed to the guild leader.

Maybe every once in a while a member should get to roll on one.

Or maybe not because the guild is helping you get your planar
armor peices so it all goes to the leader.

Not a rant, or flame, just a thought.

What do you think??

I used to lead pickup raids for hate (on live) and when I did that I...

A - Provided all hate stones
B - Provided all reagents for clerics / enchanters
C - Provided 1 gem to the puller / main tank
D - Sold the rest of the gems to reimburse myself for paying for the reagents and stones.

I also occasionally gave gems to people who got nothing else on the raid or to some person who really contributed to the raid. (Enchanter kicked some ass and saved the raid? he got a gem)

If someone on the raid needed one of the gems then i'd sell it to him or sometimes just give it to him. but i always just about broke even after everything was said and done.

Gems to the guild bank to fund all those things you take for granted.

This guy was just a genius, left early, partly because there had meaning to his music, partly because his mind was much more important and less naive than some left for sure, but replace that ? Moral of the story: it does not replace a legend. Peace Tupac, Out of sight, near the heart
