Default Guard Pet Command Buggy

TL;DR Currently, in a very random fashion if you put a charm on guard (and I believe summoned pets) will send your charm or pet to it's point of origin. IE Charming a mob will send it to spawn point, or pet will return to point it was summoned.

I've seen this in multiple instances but I'll relay one specific instance. In City of Mists @ Moat camp, charming a pather on either end of the rotundas. If you hit guard sometimes (not always) it will send the pet running back to it's spawn point. I generally only use guard for when I want to break my pet to kill it and could use some distance.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. Had this happen in Kedge and i crossed it off as Kedge silliness. Happening again tonight in Karnor, charm pet absolutely freaks out when set to /guard. Returns to normal when you tell it to /follow again. Unsure what its goal is but returning to its spawn is certainly likely.

Don't /guard a charm pet until this gets fixed friends.

As a workaround, /pet sit works fine. Use that to keep them where you want them. You have to click follow after every kill though and have them sit again. Don't forget!
