New player - can't launch the game

I'm brand new to Project 1999, but have many fond memories of my Enchanter.

I followed all the steps in the Getting Started - Play Guide and now have the "Launch Titanium - Shortcut" on my desktop. When I click on it, it loads a black screen with the EQ cursor, but then nothing else happens.

I did steps 2a and 2b; those as well as optional step 6 mention an EQ Emulator launcher, which I don't see anywhere. I didn't see anywhere in the guide what I'm suppose to do with the account I created in step 2b.

Is that what I'm missing to get the game to launch?

I found a thread with a similar issue and it seems that it's a fullscreen problem with having two monitors. Alt + enter fixed the problem.
