Default Remaining Air When Zoning - Iksar

It's my understanding that a player's remaining air is refreshed to maximum upon zoning. This is the case with other players I've talked to as well as my own experience on some of my characters. However, on both my iksar necromancer and iksar shadowknight, upon zoning I am always reset to around 45% of my air remaining. Has anyone else had this happen or looked into this?

This also happens to me when zoning. It is as if the timer continues during the zone. I am playing an iksar monk.

Don't iksars get to hold their breathe longer? If so maybe its resetting amount of time not amount of bubbles remaining, your half is a halflings full?

Breath is based on STA iirc, iksars get nothing but a temporary jump on swimming skill
