![]() I don't know if this is how all fears/charms are working (it wasn't doing it when I played my necro last year) but when fear or charm breaks, the mob will throw a round of attacks on anyone standing close enough to get hit (even if they don't have aggro). Same with charm breaking. It doesn't matter if the mob is at 1% fleeing, when charm or fear breaks, the mob starts swinging for one round then continues fleeing.
