Spells: Mezzes longer than 5 ticks have abbrev. durations

Enthrall: 6-7 ticks instead of 8
Entrance: 8-9 ticks instead of 12
Dazzle: 8-9 ticks instead of 16

This is a PvP-only issue, and doesn't include mezzes with durations <= 5 ticks.

Only for root/snare, and not intentionally.

The snare cap is a client limitation. Might be able to find it and hex it to be more classic.
