Default Twacked out mafakkas

So tonight over the course of 4 hours, a deranged 70 year old lady came into my work and was in the bathroom for 30 mins, then didn't know where she was.. I eventually had the cops pick her up so I could finish closing.

Then I took a stroll to downtown MPLS with two of my friends. We saw a guy trip over a curb and do a faceplant into the ground...

One guy came up to us and was like,"I want your billies". I had seen him wrestling with what seemed to be a guy down the road but he caught up to us eventually. Really? 3 of us? Come on dude... eventually his friend came back and got into another grapple war with him, and we walked away no problem... but I thought we were gonna curb stomp him.. some twacked out mafakka. As we got down the block, I saw like 3 cop cars pull up to them. Niiice.

Then we decided to wrap up the night, and go get some fuckin' food. Just as we got there, we saw a guy fight a police officer. Bad idea. 2 mins later, 5 squad cars on the block and the dude was subdued.

I'm assuming here that you've never actually been to Harlem.

Hehe, nowadays if you want to talk about the hood you mention East New York. That part of Brooklyn puts Manhattan neighborhoods to shame.

Is "twacked out" a sort of contraction representing "two whacked out?"

Whacked out motherfuckers. Is what the title means.

whack - Unfair, unfortunate, usually used in describing a minor injustice. (“The way your boyfriend broke up with you was whack.”)

Was in Minneapolis. This dude in question was probably a meth or crack head and super drunk.
