NPC Spawn Issue: Splitpaw Lair

I have noticed while I am soloing the 3 mobs near entrance in Splitpaw that they are on 20 minute timers, is this supposed to be the case? According to what I looked up they should be at 10m 40sec timers. Let me know if this is incorrect but just wanted to bring it up. Thank you.

paw_4 (-8 / -25 / 3) (respawn time : 10 min 40 sec)

a_Lteth_Val_Gnoll, chance 50% (level 24)
a_Lteth_Val_Gnoll, chance 50% (level 23)

paw_3 (-9 / 10 / 2) (respawn time : 10 min 40 sec)

a_Lteth_Mal_gnoll, chance 50% (level 23)
a_Lteth_Mal_Gnoll, chance 50% (level 21)

This is just the 2 entrance mobs in the first room. But looks like whole zone should be 10 minute timers. Also not sure if this got changed in later expansions so I may just be blowing smoke, just let me know, thanks!

Edit: Can delete this post, looked over Allakhazam older posts and it appears that mobs should be on a 20 minute timer, based on posts in 2000. Thanks!

Just an FYI, allaclone is from other eqemu servers. There is no relation between the information found there and classic.
