I think a well played cleric is the best all around pvp class in group / mass pvp settings. They can single handedly turn the tides of battle.

The beauty of Everquest is that theres no "strongest class". Its all situational, where your fighting, how many are involved, what classes are involved, indoor/outdoor etc. Every class has their role... except maybe rangers.. at least until velious. Any class played well can turn the tide in both small or large scale battles.

Some ppl here lacking some serious brian cells trying to cancel magic tash or plague then complain EQ wasn't meant for PvP and its terrible.

protip for a pet class: invs your pet before buffing it so when it attacks invs breaks and you have the top slot open to cancel magic a root/snare!
