Default Question regarding IP exemptions
This is kind of a dumb question, but if I had an IP exemption in the past and have moved, do I need to get another one? I assume they are account based, not IP based (as IPs can change), but I thought I would ask just to make sure.

everything you said is true. So no you shouldnt need a new exemption.

It's applied to an account not an ip.

Yeah, clearly when I am logged onto a level 1 character and my wife is logged onto her account on a level 1 its me boxing two level 1s.

How is playing two level 1s supposed to prove you're not two boxing.

Are you allowed to play on red and blue at the same time, or do you need an exemption for this?
