Herbs from my garden for a really delicious marinara sauce.
1 can plain tomato sauce
(fresh) herbs: basil, thyme (we used lemeon thyme), oregano, garlic, and parsley for garnish
Salt + pepper
Pinch of sugar
1 tiny can of tomato paste, to thicken.

Much better than buying shitty Prego sauce that comes from a jar.

Steak + Shrimp
Sauteed zucchini strips
Butternut squash soup

Breakfast burrito
Eggs + sausage smothered in homemade red chile

Meatloaf smothered in red chile (In New Mexico you smother everything in red or green chile...), sauteed mushrooms, quinoa

A basic turkey wrap made delicious by adding pickled green beans. Crunchness + saltness = yumness.

Homemade waffles + biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are in the shape of bunnies because it was Easter.

-------------------------

Show me some of yer food, I am always looking for new things to try.
