The Plane of Hate can only be reached via the wizard spell Alter Plane: Hate, and requires a reagent called Fuligant Soulstone of Innoruuk. The stone is sold by a vendor in the dark elf cleric guild, in Neriak 3rd Gate. Minimum price for it is 105pp. It used to be 250, so that's a big price drop.

Cloudy Stones of Veeshan: cost from 200-250pp. Can be bought in Erudin at the library from Sornita Eltern. You will need one for each port the wizards will do.
Coffins: cost around 180pp. You can buy them on first island in Plane of Sky, from Key Master

Air, like Hate, is reachable only via a Wizard group gate spell and it requires a "Cloudy Stone of Veeshan" as a reagent. The stone is available only in Erudin to my knowledge and it costs around 250 plat.

If you click on the Keymaster you will see he sells three items: a Key of Swords for about 450 plat, another key (forget the name but it looks like a Minotaur Horn) for 200ish, and a coffin (for Necro summon corpse spell) for 140 or so

Keys for both Dojorn and Azarack can be bought for about 400pp and 200pp respectively. The key to the quest room is only 1 copper. These are the only keys that can be bought in sky.

The only way to get here is via Wizard translocation (Spell: Alter: Plane of Sky). The Wizard can only translocate one group at a time. Further, the spell requires a component called the Cloudy Stone of Veeshan, which costs about 215 Platinum (each).

Summon corpse that uses the jade inlaid coffin large non stackable and yes its a container. Costs anywhere from 150 to 200 plat depending on charisma and faction. Major drawback it that the component takes a major slot.

Lvl 57 conjure corpse (The One I Now Use) summons corpse using 50-75 plat stackable small jade coffins. Yes the main advantages of this spell are cheaper components that can be carried easier.

These posts about the coffins are well into the 2002/2003 era, can't find an exact date they were made lower. The high prices were mentioned back in the kunark/velious era guides, though, so we know the prices were not increased at some point.

If anyone is inclined, there are a lot of interesting things in the sky guides that can be spun into separate threads:

-Sirran DT'ing
-PoS mobs assisting anyone who duels (fuck your duel corpses!)
-Mezzing/charming bees?
-Hailing Sirran to keep him from despawning to farm sisters (omgomg)
-Sirran either attacking you or despawning when you follow his quest dialogue
-Eye of Veeshan having a lifetap proc that is akin to Venril Sathir
-Overseer of Air should ALWAYS drop two fine steel daggers (he almost always has these equipped, exceptions are when he has an efreeti weapon)
-A non-roaming azarak that is used to spawn the Protector of Sky

The entrance to the Plane of Hate is not safe. There is only one way up there, and that is by grouping with a wizard. Wizard must have the Fuligan soulstone of Innoruuk, which is available in Neriak 3rd Quarter in the clerics guild house (Spires of Hate) on a vendor. Cost is 250 plat.

250 seems to be a commonly quoted number.

Drake isle normally just provides around 24 keys to the final isle of Veeshan. But, the sister drops 2 key pieces each time. You can trigger the sister as many times as you want, and get keys for everybody in your raid.

To do this, one person must remain behind on Bzzazzt isle when everybody else goes up to drake isle. They need to "/say citanul eht narris liah" (Hail Sirran the Lunatic, backwards) every minute or so to keep him from despawning. If you say the correct phrase he will reply back something backwards.

Generally talking to Sirran is a bad idea. You can make him kill you or even worse make him despawn stranding you.
