Default There is no eqclient.ini in my EQ folder? FAQ problem #1

I was reading the FAQ and tried finding EQclient.ini and I only found eqlsclient.ini and it didnt have a windowedwidth setting---is there any other file that I might find window width in? Cause I just keep getting the memory error. Thanks!

And I am running Windows 8.1----also I looked in Users and appdata as well

Hmmm eqclient.ini is correct and should be found in your Everquest > eqclient.ini

Have you tried sorting by name and looking. Or perhaps by file type where it should be grouped in the "Configuration settings" types

I'm not sure how your system or user is set up so if you have permissions you may want to try displaying hidden files too. In windows explorer, select View and then check the box next to "Hidden files"

Rule one: Don't install into the Program Files folder.
