bard /disc while DA

After using Kazumi's Note of Preservation, if you try to /disc at all, the disc doesn't work and it says "Your spell fizzles.", and you get stuck with the usual reuse timer as if it had worked.

I have no proof that this isn't classic, but I couldn't google up any evidence that it is.
